Refund policy
We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you’re not completely happy you can return or exchange any unused, unworn, unwashed, eligible items, or defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. We reserve the right to charge fees associated with restocking or processing.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mmintluxuryhome.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your return must be approved via hello@mmintluxuryhome.com before shipping. Please indicate your order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. Items returned without the proper Return Authorization form will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of your return your refund will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow 5 - 10 business days for your credit to be issued.
Please note that sale items and artwork are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that any Shipping & Handling on all orders are not refundable. Duties Charges on International Orders that one may incur are also not refundable.
Keep your receipt as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
Please note that MMINT LUXURY HOME is not responsible for return shipping fees. For U.S. based customers, a USPS return shipping label will be provided and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Should a shipment arrive damaged, you must contact us within 5 (Five) days from merchandise receipt.
We will place the claim with the carrier insurance and a replacement will be promptly sent to you!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, artwork and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus shipping and handling charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
